I've been using ProTaxPro for a couple of years now and I honestly can't say enough good things. Every time I've called, someone picks up fast, no sitting on hold, no voicemail maze. I am the owner of a Tax and Bookkeeing office DMTAXBS LLC. I found this tax program a few years ago while attending a conference in Las Vegas. I was introduced to Amanda and Michelle and I have to tell you it felt like family from the start. While they were introducing me to Protaxpro.com it was so easy to start a return, the pages flow from one to the other, if there is an issue you click on it and it takes you right where you need to be.
