I would give a zero if that was an option! I had an old debt, and I was working with a debt settlement company to try and pay this back. They would not return calls, emails, nothing with the settlement company! I also tried to call and received absolutely no response. They are crooked, money hungry thieves. They started garnishing my wages but keep dragging it out by pausing the garnishment and putting the matter on the Court docket! WHY!?
You better ask them for your money upfront if you ever want to get paid. Not an expected behavior from a business that provides collection services, but that's what it is!
I have been trying to get a hold of anyone here for months - sent emails, called...they won't let me set up a payment arrangement. This cannot be a real place...how don't you want to work with people? Do you read the reviews?
Impossible to get anyone on the phone or response to email.
Horrible business. Never answers phones or returns calls. I have been trying to contact this office for weeks with no follow up.
