I called to try and set up a payment arrangement. The refused then hung up on me. Their BBB Rating is "F"
Will not return any calls or emails. It didn't allow me to make a payment this month, so I have been reaching out. No answer. I'm glad I have a paper trail, because apparently they have a habit of taking people to court for fun. And yes, I rechecked my information, and reentered it several times, with the same message. I am getting nowhere.
