Paralegal Anthony Torreno was completely unprofessional and condescending when I spoke with him. He behaved like an animal on the phone. Definitely trying to compensate for something. Maybe he’s angry because he couldn’t hack it as a lawyer and had to settle for paralegal status? My dealings with paralegals Anthony and Patrick have been awful. Neither one seems to know what they’re doing and Anthony is straight-up obnoxious! This business has an F rating with the BBB, which is not surprising. I am unable to get any information regarding a garnishment summons that mysteriously appeared out of nowhere. It’s for a credit card that I supposedly opened 10+ years ago. When I called the law office, they were unable to give me the name of the credit card. I called to try and set up a payment arrangement. The refused then hung up on me. Their BBB Rating is "F"
Will not return any calls or emails. It didn't allow me to make a payment this month, so I have been reaching out. No answer. I'm glad I have a paper trail, because apparently they have a habit of taking people to court for fun. And yes, I rechecked my information, and reentered it several times, with the same message. I am getting nowhere.
