I had my initial visit with Dr protain after reading bad reviews I was a little nervous but it wasn't like tht. He was understanding and took his time to listen and answer questions.So whoever is needs to go on down the road with her negative review Dr protain and his staff isn't nothing like she stated.
Empathetic, professional, sincere , has patience in fully explaining the procedure. Staff members are caring and respectful.
Made appointment on phone, then realized office was two hours away. Cancelled appt. Nurse rescheduled and left message on my machine, then charged me for missed appt I NEVER confirmed!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff .... I highly recommend them!!!!
