One of, if not THE BEST training facilities in Central Florida. Everything from basics to expert level personalized classes. Theses guys do it all, with an overwhelming amount of professionalism and curtesy. They will take the time to work with you individually and get you using good firearm habits. 10/10 Will be back for more training!!!

Attended a private "Handgun Fundamentals" ( includes CCW certificate ) course with my s/o this weekend and was very impressed with the progress and future vision of the ProtactOPS/BDI facilities here in Lakeland. We were fortunate to have Andres as our instructor who was extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise while at the same time kept a patient and positive attitude when working with the two of us who had never handled a pistol previously. Mr. Bula was a great instructor. Lots of knowledge and experience. Highly recommended to any one who carries a firearm for personal defense or for a living. Great team. And thank you for donating holsters and vest to our Department.

This is review is ONLY for sales of duty gear, not training related. Paid for a whole duty belt set up, sounds like it's a sweet set up, have yet to get anything but the run around. Got something in the mail, so not even close to what was ordered. He keeps saying he will put the right box in the mail, the office will refund me, their warehouse has moved. All the same person, no issues with that. Just either put what I paid for, and what you said I paid for in the mail, text tracking number, and done. Wants me to meet up here... read more
