I just bought 6 pedicure chair Crown R about 3 weeks. The looks is perfect but quality not sure . And I have comments from clients said it is Not Comfortable when used them - special the way to put your foot when to do pedicure . It is so hard and slippery- very hard to keep the foot there. The chairs is a little bit short for the the most Canadian foot when need to clean the bottom foot it make water over on the floor because foot longer . We recently purchased a beauty bed and a stool and are very happy with it. The quality is excellent, and we have something to compare it with, so we can confidently say it’s a great product. What stood out the most, though, was the service. Phillip was very welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Even after we got studio, we had a question about installation, and he went above and beyond — he explained everything clearly, recorded a video for us, and showed exactly what to do.
