What a difference these made! I’ve worn custom orthotics for the last 20+ years but was looking for somewhere new to get fitted after I moved to the Richmond area. Wonderful experience! I have had orthotics for years but hers are the best I've had. Arti customized my orthotics to make a perfect fit that minimized the pain I was having. A minor adjustment needed was made quickly and fine tuned the support even more. Thanks to her expertise, I am enjoying long walks again. While considering arch reconstruction surgery for my son, his physical therapist recommended we go see Arti for custom orthotics instead. I’m so glad we did! His orthotics are making a huge difference in his overall posture and with foot pain. Arti is very concerned for the health and comfort of her patients and goes out of her way to make sure everything is just right with the orthotics she makes. She is caring, friendly and pleasant to work with!

I had two pairs of custom insoles that were made by a pedorthist who has since left town. They needed repair work but appeared to still have some usable life remaining. I contacted Arti to see if she would be willing to do the work. She was very responsive and completely refurbished the insoles and had them ready for me to pick up in two days.
