Review This shop is horrible they have no idea what they doing they’re YouTube mechanics. they took my car for joy rides spilled coffee in side staining the interior. They had my car for months they could not figure out what was wrong with my car. Also while they had it a truck hit my car while park. Had a full transmission replacement and the work was completed in a timely manner. Moreover, had starter issue thought to be related to a separate issue and ProStop handled it on the spot! The service and customer care taken was first class! I finally have found an honest, auto service shop. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend their services.
I brought my dodge charger scatpack in for a check engine light, and these guys did an amazing job from start to finish. They diagnosed the issue quickly, which was a broken thermostat and explained everything in a simple form. They had the new thermostat replaced in a day.
