As Cleft pallet Patient was not able to get help here. With a lot of medical issues on top beside my pallet. This office dropped me as a patient because of difficult time to make an office visit to only review the dental plan. It didn’t matter that I was in and out of the hospital with class 4 pressure sore that required surgery with bone infection. I will find someone who cares to help.
Front desk, techs and dentists are so great. Accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. Diagnosed and fixed my issue on the first appointment! Explained everything clearly and took my preferences into account. Reasonable pricing.Very thankful!

How often have you had a doctor call you after office hours and spend a half hour just answering questions? Probably not too often. And how about if you weren't even a patient yet? Probably never. But that's the kind of person Dr. Murdock is. And sensing my distress about an upcoming surgery, he made himself available the very next day, during which time he created a mold for a surgical obturator, promising it would be ready for a surgery less than a week away.
