Not a great place. Felt like I was on a interrogation meeting. I was asked why I looked services from Orthotic (KAFO) providers in Orlando FL, to only denied me service after 3 weeks waiting on an appointment. Such of waist of time and professionalism.
P&O was great! They scheduled me right away when I called, which was a huge help since I needed my brace fixed while visiting family. Thanks to a cancellation, I was able to get a same-day appointment. The team was quick, efficient, and fixed my AFO promptly. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went.
