My son received orthotic inserts from this company. We received a bill two months later, which we paid in a timely manner in full. Since then, this company has harassed us by calling dozens of times and emailing repeatedly, even after I had provided proof of payment and had asked them to cease contacting us. We have paid this bill. They maintain that our insurance provider sent us a bill for the same exact service date, same services and the same exact dollar amount by coincidence, and that I in fact paid that bill instead. ... read more
