Extremely disappointed with my experience with Prosthetic & Orthotic Group. My child’s appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, yet I was not notified about an alleged copayment until 9:45 AM via voicemail, less than two hours before the appointment. This was stressful and unprofessional, especially considering my insurance plan does not require copays or deposits. The staff and Larry are above and beyond!! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Larry helped my mother in law get back to using her prosthetic leg. We had gone several places and didn’t get much help so she got discouraged. He worked on it to fit properly and comfortably. Also to operate and work perfectly. He spent time helping her learn how to use it again and I had never seen her so happy and motivated ❤️. I Love Larry Wong much better than I do with anyone at Hanger Prosthetics. He makes sure your comfortable in your leg & he isn't just out for the money. He is a 1man band. He has a heart. Hanger had a leg made for me told me i wouldn't get a open sore and 1st wk i wore it i broke open skin & my prosthethes said did you get FAT. I fired them that day and went with Larry Wong.
