I get really great care here. However, I got insoles last year and loved them. They changed my life! I made an appointment to order the EXACT same thing, yet something else was ordered and they placed an order for 2! Now my insurance will not cover a new pair and these are way too narrow for my foot, a bigger issue is supenation and it just keeps rolling my ankle. Dont know about the new ottobock.care because this is not what I asked for. What can I do!
Kenny Laufer did an amazing job with us. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was appropriate, high-quality and properly fitted. He also took time to explain each component to ensure compliance and understanding. He had a great bedside manner with our client. Definitely recommend working with this company and this clinician in the future!!
