The folks at Prothstetic 1 have been great!! Kevin is absolutely awesome!! He is very knowledgeable and caring. It's obvious he takes great pride in his work. He was just as happy and excited to see my wfe Susan walking with her new leg as she was!! This young man has gone way above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Prothstetic 1 and definitely ask for Kevin!! Tell em Tim Smartt sent ya!! These folks are fantastic!!! God bless Kevin and the folks at Prothstetic 1!
My brother Mark Vieira has received excellent care from Kevin at Prosthetic One. He’s excellent with fittings, demonstrates proper walking techniques, answers questions in layman terms, takes his time, and makes us feel like we are his only patient for the day. He’s kind, and punctual. He’s certainly an incredible asset to your company.
Had an appt to see about a new prosthetic. Very nice and knowledgeable and I look forward to getting my new leg and working with them in the future.
I had my first visit with Prosthetic One this morning to get fitted for custom orthotics. Arielle at the front desk (patient care coordinator) was so friendly, personable, and hospitable. John (the staff member who fitted me for orthotics) was very knowledgeable, professional, and informative. It is so refreshing to receive such a high level of service in a world full of negativity and disregard for others. To managememt, Arielle and John are amazing people and deserve some recognition for a job well done.
