Kevin was so professional and very informative, when explaining how to and not very thorough. I appreciate everything that he did
I have used Prosthetic One twice for my Prosthetics. Raven has also made sure that I got the answers to all my questions. Kevin has been a fantastic help during all my fitting and always makes time for me. He came to my hospital room just a few days after my first amputation almost 3 years ago and been right by my side ever since. After my second amputation he spent a couple months fighting with my insurance to make sure I got the proper Prosthetics. I would highly recommend them anyone needing help.
Almost two years ago I took a chance and called Prosthetic one in Arlington Tx.. I came in so broken I had been treated terribly at other companies and was about to give up hope on walking… Kevin treated me so so well when I came in.. I had no insurance and he still made me feel so important… during my time with Prosthetic One Kevin has come out to my job and adjusted my leg.. there was never anything too small for him and never any problem to get his help.. I have been with prosthetic one since 2024. I have have had a very positive experience with them. They are extremely friendly, positive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing prosthetics.
