I am a 59 year old, new amputee. I was referred to Kevin by my surgeon. He is the clinician at his company for prosthetics. I was AMAZED that he came to my home to do all of my measurements, casting, and then coming out to my home to give me the completed leg. My experience from the initial visit while I was still in the hospital after my life changing surgery was 100 % positive and focused on me getting back to being the best me possible ! My guy Kevin was a God sent and so were the other individuals that I dealt with throughout my journey. I found out that this road is not only for the short term , but the long haul as well . The folks at Prothstetic 1 have been great!! Kevin is absolutely awesome!! He is very knowledgeable and caring. It's obvious he takes great pride in his work. He was just as happy and excited to see my wfe Susan walking with her new leg as she was!! This young man has gone way above and beyond our expectations. My brother Mark Vieira has received excellent care from Kevin at Prosthetic One. He’s excellent with fittings, demonstrates proper walking techniques, answers questions in layman terms, takes his time, and makes us feel like we are his only patient for the day. He’s kind, and punctual. He’s certainly an incredible asset to your company.
Had an appt to see about a new prosthetic. Very nice and knowledgeable and I look forward to getting my new leg and working with them in the future.
