I don't know how some rude receptionists work here. They are not cooperative. I had an appointment with them today, and I was 8 minutes late. They said I couldn't make the appointment because there was too much paperwork, and it would be too late. I requested the receptionist, as there was an older lady working there who said it was okay, but the receptionist insisted it wasn't.
