Absolute breath of fresh air, had been dealing with another local company who had no customer service and offered no guidance or options just this is what you get, Protek are soooo much better it's unreal.
Highly recommend Prostek. Kaitlin is a wonderful clinician and my son is always excited to see her.
The team at Prostek are next level, they always go above and beyond for their clients. Nothing is too much trouble at all. Been coming to prostek for a 3 years now. Very knowledgeable & always accomidating to my special requests & questions on the latest technology so I can live my best life. Claire has got me back playing baseball again with an amazing sporting leg so I can run & worked with my random requests & ideas or a special custom stump protector that straps securely to my sled so I can play Para Ice Hockey for Australia. Can't speak highly enough of Clair & the team at Prostek!!!
Having received results late in the day about a fractured wrist I rang Prostek at 4pm on a Friday and they made the effort to fit me in. The team were absolute legends and the whole experience was as good as it gets. Rarely is customer service as good as what I experience with these guys. Really grateful. It’s a thumbs up from me, not that it could be anything else right now!!!
