ProSteel is the place to go for all things trailer. They have so far bailed me out of three significant issues, one potentially catastrophic (significant RV damage) without skipping a beat. Fast, reliable, reasonable pricing, exceeding expectations are only a few of the terms I would use to describe ProSteel service. Thanks for being there for me!
Had a bearing blow out on my waverunner trailer just one month after another shop replaced the hub. They got me job without an appointment and put on a new job in less than and hour, AND worked with the previous shop to explain that it was installation error and billed the other shop instead of me. I would give Prosteel Customs ten stars if I could. AMAZING service!
The entire Prosteel staff were honest, courteous, and knowledgeable. We had a horse trailer axle bearing and spindle go out on us on the way from AZ to WY... We called first thing in the morning and got in and out. Looked at the price board inside, and their service prices are spot on with our AZ shop. Would 100% recommend Donny and gals/guys at this shop. Thank you again!!!! -Dusty
They did a great job re-doing our trailer, but installed a 'new hitch' that has rusted less than 6 months in. Pretty ridiculous and super disappointed. Then they tell us a way to 'fix' it, yet don't offer any solution for them to fix it. Pretty sure we paid YOU to fix our trailer, not for us to do your work for you.
These guys are awesome. I’m not a frequent customer yet they still treated me like one. HIGHLY recommend
