Very capable mechanics working here with outstanding customer service support and super nice folks. I brought my trailer in for brake service and bearing repack. They had it done by the end of the day AND were able to fix a damaged frame from where my stabilizer jack got torn off from a rock. Also replaced the jack all at a reasonable price. They can weld, grind, cut steel and turn wrenches. Trust them with your RV or trailer.
I have taken my trailer to Prosteel twice. The first time for routine maintenance, today for a repair concerning lights. I was treated like I was their most important customer and a friend! They worked quickly and did an outstanding job. I could not be happier!
I am just a little old housewife who wanted to have a bike rack on the back of her Bronco Sport . Most places didn't take me too seriously, but ProSteel Customs was professional from the very beginning. Very helpful on the phone, got back to me when they said they would. I have a boat trailer that needed the bearings packed. I found Prosteel Customs online. They were great on the phone, said they would squeeze me immediately. I dropped my trailer off, picked it up the next day. Work was fast and looked great. I also had a boat guide that had broken off, they welded it back in place. Easy to work with and they do a solid job.
