Ballwin, MO - Prosteam did a great job cleaning the yucky old carpet on my stairs and upstairs hallway. The gals in the office are friendly and informative. They do not try to sell me services I don’t need. The young men who came to clean, Dillon and Dayton, were very respectful, pleasant and conversant - they were well informed to answer questions. They were fast and thorough. Carpet looks and smells much better - highly recommend! E. Bargen

The company came back out and retreated my areas of concern and looks much better still a couple of small spots but my husband treated and came clean Good customer service to make sure we were happy with the result! Update: Manager/owner called and said the company wants to make sure we were happy and have a technician scheduled today to come back out and redo areas that are below. Will edit with new rating
