I had a lot of problems with getting the insurance paper completed with them. The office manager is hard to reach, and, once reached, kept on telling me they have no time to help me. I ended up spending a lot of time on a simple issue that should have never been an issue to begin with while dealing with a medical condition. It is the office's job to take care of these peripheral things for their patients so we could focus on getting treatments. I am disappointed.....
