The staff and leadership were very professional, efficient, and friendly. The Rezum procedure itself, was quite quickly performed, however there were pre and post testing that were necessary but a bit embarrassing. Just a headsup for those interested. The urologist and his team made me feel as comfortable as possible through the entire experience. I do feel that the Rezum procedure will give me my life back. Great office and staff. Appointments are handled TIMELY I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. The Rezum process I had done was not uncomfortable and working well !
Staff is very nice, polite & accommodating from the first call to the last visit. Dr. Thill is great. Nice down to earth guy, makes you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Professional and caring. Asked me multiple times if I had any questions after he explained procedures and possibilities. Covered ALL bases. Thanks urology institute & Dr. Thill for the excellent care.
The staff was extremely helpful and courteous from the first phone call to my last visit. Concerns during the REZUM process were answered and handled professionally, precisely and comfortably. The entire process was well worth the time and expense. I give the REZUM procedure my strongest recommendation.
