Jesse and his this team did an amazing job on our roof! After a storm passed through and damaged much of our roof, Jesse came out and worked with our insurance company to get the job done. While completing the job, he found that more work needed to be done to ensure that our roof was up to standard. All while the crew was working, Jesse gave us updates and photos along the way. Prostart made our home look absolutely amazing and we've received many compliments regarding the work that has been done!
I have had a few interactions with different roofing companies, but I can genuinely say that Prostart Roofing are incredible. They performed work on my Mother-In-Laws house and her neighbor and it was such a pleasant experience, we decided to select them to replace our roof too. Prostart did a wonderful job repairing our house and machine shed after we had a terrible hail stone storm. They went above and beyond what they would have had to do. They repaired some things that we should have been charged for and they didn’t charge anything which was very nice of them. The roof looks beautiful with our brick and siding. The machine shed’s roof came out beautiful. We can’t say enough about Jesse who helped us through the process. In the end it was all worth it.
Jesse and his crew absolutely knocked it out of the park. Showed up on time, perfect install and our property was clean when they left. I am an insurance agent so I deal with hundreds of roofers on an annual basis. This is a company that does the job correctly at a very competitive price. They even fixed some items that weren't in the scope of the project. Lastly, they donated part of their profits to our hockey association so it shows it isn't just about the money. This is a company you can trust.
Jesse did a great job helping navigate a stressful hail claim with my insurance company. The work was done fast and the communication was great throughout the process. Highly recommend!
