This review may be a little late, but I have always intended to leave it. Between 2014 and 2015 my ex wife and I hired Randy a few times for various tasks for our home and also our rental properties. He was always punctual and professional, and his prices are very reasonable. Also he's seriously talented. My ex asked him to build a bookcase over the stairs in a house built in the 40s. Randy is awesome. He took care of wood rot in one of my properties and screened off the vent for the attic, and sealed off the crawl space to prevent further moisture from getting in. He’s my go-to handyman!
