This is a great company, we have used them several times and are happy with the service.
Couldn’t have had a worse experience. I hired Pro Star in May 2023 for a move out clean. The cleaning itself was subpar and I did express that at the time, but paid for the service in full. 2 years later in March 2025 I started receiving communication from a debt collector that I had an outstanding debt around $400 to this company. I have submitted proof of the receipt and my Mastercard statements proving that I paid this amount in full in May 2023 and have been going back and forth trying to resolve it with the debt collect... read more
If you want to pay a decent amount to have people pretend to clean then ProStar Cleaning is for you! They didn't even wipe down my counters for Pete sake.
Excellent work just very expensive and almost double what was quoted. Will likely not use ever again. Recommend quote in writing if you are going with this service.
