If you want to pay a decent amount to have people pretend to clean then ProStar Cleaning is for you! They didn't even wipe down my counters for Pete sake.
Excellent work just very expensive and almost double what was quoted. Will likely not use ever again. Recommend quote in writing if you are going with this service.

If this company shows up after a flood or fire at your property..... Run!! Do not sign anything, do not allow them to take your things for "storage". As others have mentioned, they subcontract out the work (without telling you) so you are essentially charged twice. They will find out what your insurance limit is, and then invent charges to max it out. Once they have your signature, good luck getting a hold of your "project manager" ever again. I am not exaggerating, you may need a lawyer if you are forced to deal with them.
This is a fraudulent company that contracts themselves as "restorative" however they sub contract the process. I pointed out fraudulent charges, they admitted they were fraudulent and they would remove them, but after seeing a new invoice and that they didn't do their basic math correctly I was told "we wont be lowering it anymore" .... sorry you wont lower your fraudulent charges anymore?
