I have enjoyed my association with Prosser RV as a customer, and the staff have all been great to work with. There were able to fit me in for warranty work that met my schedule. They completed some repairs in a timely fashion, but order parts from Thor is taking a while, so I will be returning to have a few more things taken care of. Overall I am very happy with Prosser's work on my RV, and the RV too!
