They moved my appointment 3 times. One the 3rd time. I had driven an hour to get there. they called me when I was in the parking lot and canceled my appointment. Apparently, they are under staffed and they pull people to handle the ER. Fine, but they still try to bill the insurance company for services not provided.

We had such a positive experience at Prosser Memorial Hospital. From the moment we arrived, the doctor and staff were attentive and caring. They immediately addressed our needs, provided us with pain relief, and quickly performed imaging. The team made sure she was comfortable and explained everything clearly. We are very grateful for their compassion and excellent care!

I had to take my grandpa to the hospital after he had a bad fall. Everybody was so nice to us. Even when I was waiting in the hall ways while he has having tests ran people would check in with me and make sure we were okay. I have never felt so taken care of at any medical facility ever. The people who work here are the best of human kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
