AMAZING!
I attended a workshop Louis gave regarding MetLife. So I called him for insurance information as I was interested in purchasing it. He never returned the call, then I gave him the benefit of the doubt and left 2 more messages . . . which he and his office never returned. I probably should have known better to consider Insurance with him/MetLife as the workshop he gave was presumptions about his attendees life practices and the workshop was dominated by his over-lecturing people he did not know.
