Called 4 times on Dec. 17th to make an appointment for a water test required by mortgage company. Was told they would call me back..nope, never did. Called again today, Dec. 18th and was told they are booked until January, and cannot give me a date in January as they don't have their schedule yet. Will be calling another company today; this is no way to do business!

Took almost a month for water test results report that was to take a week. Test reveled bacteria in water but did not call like they said they would if bacteria found.. Had me mixed up with another customer. Don't know now if I trust my results to be accurate. Poor customer service.
