The establishment is dirty and run down. The machines are old and some are broken. It is dark. The locker room was not clean and locker doors broken off. The pool is tiny and cold. The showers were dirty and they don't provide towels. They offer the absolute bare minimum for an outrageous price. I would rather drive 30 minutes than step foot in this place.

Lots of baddies and It has very good equipment lot of good workout equip Nice staff and everything clean although people come out of the sauna or shower butt booty naked and their dih wingling around and flopping which is awkward i would 90% recommend and good just for 40$ is a very good price

Good gym asides from absolutely NOBODY at the front desk EVER and no one EVER picks up the phone. Multiple times ive gone to get help with my key only to leave after 30 minutes with no one there. Absolutely ridiculous.

What a lucky find! My husband and I joined while we’re staying in the area. Wonderful friendly people! Lots of equipment, classes, a pool, and coaching staff. If you happen to be staying at Wine Country RV and you want to go to a gym they also have day passes.
