Shut the clinic down. Nothing but cynical, hateful doctors that are pissed off that they gotta work on the weekend. If someone comes in with an injury, there needs to be a solution.Not just looks like getting better. don't worry about it. Gets worse come see us again. If you've had an injury for over a month and it hasn't gotten better.It's not going to get better. PMH is for profit. They are not for patience. If they can't do surgery, they do not wanna see you

I was here for my annual Medicare Wellness Exam. The staff tries hard, but records are only as accurate as the person pushing the buttons on whatever device that's full of electronic gobbledegook. My visit had been scheduled for a year and I saw my doctor on a Friday. The following Monday, the clinic called me to advise it was time for my annual Medicare Wellness Exam! I'm giving them one star because I wanted to get my daughter seen. I was told I could do a walk in, if I went in early. I got there early and told them what I was told. I was turned away because even the walk ins were taken.

I am pleased that my primary care physician referred me to this clinic. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic.

Prior to scheduling an appointment, I was told my insurance was acceptable here. Came here for the first time, was told I could only address 2 health issues at the time although I had many more. Whatever. Later found out my insurance was not accepted, now I own this place a ton of money for a half-assed appointment and bloodwork that got me nowhere. Also have multiple unaddressed health issues as well. Not sure why everyone praises Prosser like it's the best. They need to do better.
