Prior to scheduling an appointment, I was told my insurance was acceptable here. Came here for the first time, was told I could only address 2 health issues at the time although I had many more. Whatever. Later found out my insurance was not accepted, now I own this place a ton of money for a half-assed appointment and bloodwork that got me nowhere. Also have multiple unaddressed health issues as well. Not sure why everyone praises Prosser like it's the best. They need to do better.
My opinion has improved and I decided to change my review. I am hopeful they will continue the good service they have shown.
Called months ago to get a new patient appt. My appt is one month from now. Just got a call to cancel the appt because the provider isn't available that day AND the provider is no longer taking new patients. Seems like they should honor new patient appts already made. Very disappointing.
Worst medical provider experience I've ever had. Dr. was and staff are rude and condescending, and seemed a bit discriminatory. She (provider) was argumentative and didn't provide solutions. Has recommended medication that reacts with my other's. In addition my experience is they don't like to do specialist referrals and mental health services are run by people who don't care.
Took my daughter. We drove from tricites. The worst experience we've ever had. Dr. Basically told me to shut up. And he's that he's the doctor. I will NEVER go there again. We left the office sobbing.
