Took my daughter. We drove from tricites. The worst experience we've ever had. Dr. Basically told me to shut up. And he's that he's the doctor. I will NEVER go there again. We left the office sobbing.
I have been here a couple of times, my experiences here vary, but typically aren’t great, the receptionist here aren’t very helpful, or pleasant to communicate with. My provider hasn’t been great either, I get the generic response to everything that concerns me, or a referral, that’s about the only reason to go to see them, other than that I find them very condescending, and rude, they don’t talk to me with any bed side manner, or care, just a lot of questions without empathy or answers behind them. Dr. Thompson is not caring when it comes to my needs. She does not try to get expensive medications she prescribes to me covered by my insurance and will not prescribe me a medication that is covered and has helped extremely well when prescribed by a different dr. Heather and Gabby are awesome though.
CNA Nancy really needs to learn about compassion and actually caring about patients. There's this thing called eye contact and it's a basic thing to respect one another. So shocked at the "care" this place gives. They should be a lot more respectful to the people giving them business
The one star is for the pain management section and their lack of ethical medication consideration when canceling services with a patient which includes medicines with dangerous side effects if you cut cold turkey. Let me explain further and start off with I'm autistic and severely adhd with several other factors included like not owning my own vehicle and having to rely on others for rides.
