Well, I feel better about the clinic than I did. They finally called back. They were having technical difficulties with their voice-mail. They apologized, and gave some treatment options, so we'll probably try again. I'm relieved they called Â
We've been a client for many years and I am so disappointed in the service. My 1 yr old cat had a UTI starting on 6/19. It was late in the day so they had me run over a urine sample the next day so they could do a urinalysis. I dropped it off on 6/20. I called several times before they closed for the results, they said it had not been done yet, possibly check again on 6/21. I again called and was told the Dr would call me with results.
