Tried to get parts for my 8 year old nexus greenhouse, contacted them though various channels for six months, waste of time. Good luck buying anything from this company. Called Rimos Greenhouse from New Hampshire, got the parts in 4 days. Great Family company. Polillios Garden Center, 47 years in business.
Wish I was able to give zero stars on this platform... Highly unprofessional company, who has ended up costing us thousands of dollars for US to fix THEIR improperly built/installed greenhouses. Total disaster start to finish.
