Not a big fan of this title company! When asked for clarification on things that weren’t clear, I received information completely different on signing day. Also, since I was out of that state on signing day, I requested finalized documents sent via email and through regular mail. I received this document 2 months later AFTER calling and sitting on the phone until it was emailed to me. Once the signing took place, it was hard to get ahold of my title agent (Andrew).
