This was my first time visiting this massage spa and I was very impressed! The environment is clean, calm, and relaxing with soft lighting and soothing music. The staff are friendly and professional, and the therapist was excellent—very skilled, with just the right pressure, and adjusted to my needs. Absolutely not worth it — go elsewhere. We chose Prosperous Paradise Spa in Chinatown only because they were open late, even though they charge noticeably more than other places nearby. Big mistake. They make you pay upfront, and then require a minimum 25% tip, which is outrageous — especially for the level of service provided. I requested a 1-hour full body couples massage. Unfortunately, this was a waste of money. Part of the problem may have been that I was there at 11am on a Monday and the only customer in the building. There were repairs being done in the room right next to me and all I heard during my massage was banging, clanking, and people talking and laughing loudly. This was anything but relaxing and there are much nicer spas in the area. I would recommend going somewhere else

I took my friends there for a girls night out relax massages. This was hands-down the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. There was no technique whatsoever - just someone mindlessly rubbing the same spot over and over until it felt like my skin might peel off.
