I took my friends there for a girls night out relax massages. This was hands-down the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. There was no technique whatsoever - just someone mindlessly rubbing the same spot over and over until it felt like my skin might peel off. I came across this salon on social media and was under the impression that this was a great place to get your nails done, etc late at night…. Completely wrong!!! Unfortunately, for starters, when I arrived, the host did not say hello or was welcoming at all. Then I paid for the service upfront which was $60 plus tax for a BASIC PEDICURE. This was a complete waste of time. Went for a late night gel pedi which consisted of briefly soaking our feet in lukewarm water and being scrubbed without any products. I’m being literal. They did cut our cuticles and toes. For 65 dollars this is a bare minimum service. Went to speak to the manager that was very rude. We ended up getting a full refund and they stopped half way though. Thankfully, we did not spend any money here and I don’t think you should either unless major improvements are made. Very disappointing.
