Poor communication. Had some issues with their service in general. Would not recommend.
I really wish this company was still my employer's car leasing company. I have just finished my 5 year lease with Prosperity and they were awesome. Not a single problem over the 5 years. Always helpful, great online tools and easy to contact. Recommended.
