I’m in the beginning stages of looking for assisted living for my aunt. It’s a lot to digest. Brookdale at PBG is a beautiful facility with many amenities. I sat down with Michael James who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His knowledge and compassion for this community were abundant and genuine. It was a very positive experience during a very stressful time.

By far the most stressful experience I have ever experienced. The staff does not communicate to each other, never mind returning my inquiries or questions. Antiquated paperwork formats for admissions, Policy with no ability to accommodate for special circumstances. Once your check clears you will not get any communications unless they need something. From the moment I reached out to moving in day the service was impeccable. Christy listened to the challenges and paid attention to detail to help make the move seamless as possible. She accommodated all our requests. I highly recommend if considering senior living to make the choice for this great location. Feels like a hotel!
