Tyse our representative was warm and engaging and has gone above and beyond to help us move my 89 year old sister into Brookdale Palm Beach Gardens. He was able to find us temp space until her apartment was completed and ready to move into. He was responsive to my calls and text messages. I know we picked the right spot for my sister and this extra accommodations only proved our decision was a correct one! I cannot sing Tyse's praises enough.

Brookdale Senior Living is one of the most poorly managed facilities I’ve ever encountered. There is a clear lack of structure, accountability, and adequate staffing. Residents are often left waiting for basic needs to be met, and it’s obvious the staff is overwhelmed and unsupported. It’s heartbreaking to witness such disorganization in a place meant to care for vulnerable seniors. My mother-in-law who recently turned 100 has just celebrated her 9th year at this wonderful place. Special thanks to Aimee Paris who is one of the directors and treats my mother-in-law as if she were her own mother. Jennifer who handles Brookdale at Home is another kind exceptionally capable and decent person, and has stepped in above and beyond, when it was needed. The place is clean, pretty, and cheerful to be in. I hope I find something like this when I'm that age!

The team at Brookdale in Palm Beach Gardens is exceptional! From the front desk to the sales team, dining services, housekeeping and every team member you see - they are pleasant, helpful and have a heart for what they do. The facility is extremely accommodating with a home-like feeling. Highly recommend for family and loved ones!
