My experience with this company was about 4 years ago. It was so bad that I'm still bothered by it. This was the first house purchase for my wife and I and we feel as if they took advantage of our inexperience. We had to pay for multiple appraisals and extra fees that we and our real estate agent felt were not necessary. We changed mortgage companies and did not have any additional problems. I do not recommend this company
