This company is the worst company I have ever worked with. I have tried 6 times to request a annuity withdrawal. First they sent me the wrong form then by the grace of God I managed to receive the form via email. I completed it and faxed it back 2 times calling each time to verify receipt. I was told one time it would be 72 hrs for processing then 48 hrs for processing. Finally today I was told they have no record of my request and I should send it again. SCAM!!!!! It's a call center!!!! They sent me a package saying I applied for life insurance which I didn't and then he wanted all my personal information from me and then hung up on me!!! STAY AWAY!!!
If you have any issue with this company reaching any kind of assistance is a joke. If you care about your loved ones actually receiving the money you paid for do not use Prosperity, you'll only be burdening them with outrageous run-arounds and months of being told you'll talk to someone who can help you without it happening. A very unserious company for how serious the business they are in is.
