For me to call over and over to follow up on my behavorial health. These are the kind of places that make you question even dealing with people. Because no one reached out and it took me to try to hunt these people down because I had a regular doctor here. Could have some decency. I resolved things with my own primary care. He got me a referral that we'd been waiting on to open up for a year. Not doing prosperity ever again. Thanks for not notifying the regulars about your closure.

Look how many 1 star reviews for a medical facility. This place does not pay their bills. Do not trust them.

This place is sketchy. I called today to make a payment for my copay and was left on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and was told that they were busy so that’s why I was left on hold that long. The person then transferred me to someone else to take the payment and the person asked “how much is the bill” i let her know how much it was then she says “you can give me your card number” …. She didn’t ask for my name, the account # or anything. How would I get proof and a receipt? Scammers maybe? Don’t go here
