Been with this bank for so many year and don’t know why I still with them, it take more then 20 minutes to cash check with only me in the lobby and 2 cashier . Couldn’t wait, went to my other bank, not prosperity.

I came in needing change for my hotel, and sometimes my schedule doesn’t allow a lot of patience, but I am highly impressed by you and the way you handled me. Home town bank feeling. They know you by your first name and the tellers don't mind getting on the phone while you wait if you have any issues. I guess the other people with ad reviews woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
