I had an incredibly insulting experience at this branch. I visited to cash a check and, after being informed of the non-customer fee, I decided to open an account to avoid the charge and start a relationship with the bank. While the banker was processing the paperwork, I was briefly on the phone with my brother. Lisa and her staff were absolutely amazing. This has been the best experience I have had with customer service in years, and I work in Hospitality! The culture at Prosperity bank was top notch and maintained very well by management. The teamwork, customer service, graciousness, and all around good vibes leaves the customer feeling valued and respected. Good job lisa and staff this is hard to find in this day and age !!!
I love the giant obvious white sign that says "prosperity bank" in huge letters so it's easy for me to see it. Thank you. Also, The ladies that work at this bank, are very friendly helpful, personable, professional, show concern for the privacy of your account, they are patient, and I just have an all-around good experience in dealing with prosperity Bank.
