Do not bank here. Seriously. Unfortunately you are better off at the Woodforest banks located in Walmart. This place is always trying to keep your money.

My experience with Ron Jones, VP at Prosperity Bank, was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, he does not demonstrate the professionalism or customer service I expect from someone in his position. Because of the repeated issues I experienced, I no longer feel confident banking at this location. Based on my own experience, I personally recommend considering other banks. Frost Bank, in particular, has consistently provided me with better service at every location I’ve visited.
Complete waste of my time. Do not go here to open an account for any reason. Lousy employees. Trust me, there are dozens of banks in the area, go to a different one.
