I have a million dollar a year business, actually several businesses. Have been doing my banking with Prosperity Bank in Azle for 12 years. Have had nothing but good things to say about the bank. Tim is great, he has served me well. I absolutely hate these internet ratings where some shmooww making \$9.25 an hour gets fired and then hits the web to give bad ratings. This is #\$%\$. For a small town bank they are not the friendly bank u would hope for, even when you have been with them over 10 years.WAit Till u want a all loan. Made us feelLike we were strangers. We decided to change banks to one that treated us like friends
Not a good bank. Their ads are misleading and straight out wrong. I had a loan to build a new facility and through trickery they pulled the loan. I thought they were friends and partners so did not run every thing pass my lawyer. Be careful, they do not care about you and your business. I am still am dealing with liens from construction companies. They also promised a pay back on some closing cost and never did. Prosperity Bank required \$600 insurance check to be endorsed by another bank associated with the issuer then did not except again claiming it had not been endorsed properly after it was rubber stamped and signed by that banks manager. They would not hold it untill it cleared when I had a balance \$50,000 and offered no customer service in terms of calling the other bank to resolve issue, so I opened an account with the other bank. They took the check, gave me \$200 on a debet card before the check cleared and my new account... read more

Ive been a member for over a year now. Great, personable staff who take the time you need to explain everything to you, not just try and open an account. Love this branch and the folks there.

THIS BANK IS A NIGHTMARE RUN...............Tim Carpenter while doing your business acts like your best friend until he hooks you then the whammy hits. We had a business loan and at the time of the loan we were not required to do anything else with the loan 4 years later they come in and tell us they have tacted on extra insurance we needed and now want us to pay \$2500.00 extra a month for the additional insurance they tacked on plus the \$3500.00 loan payment.
