I don’t usually give businesses bad reviews without 2nd and third chances but this bank/this location…… I’m a small business owner that banks with Chase, Frost, Bank of America and prosperity. Prosperity takes the prize for having unfriendly, unprofessional employees with horrible customer service. From tellers to the people that seat behind the desk….especially, this location is horrible….they feel burdened when you come in. I’m no longer doing business with this bank.
