Not a good bank. Their ads are misleading and straight out wrong. I had a loan to build a new facility and through trickery they pulled the loan. I thought they were friends and partners so did not run every thing pass my lawyer. Be careful, they do not care about you and your business. I am still am dealing with liens from construction companies. They also promised a pay back on some closing cost and never did. Prosperity bank recently took over my bank. Where I once was paid back for all of my ATM fees, now they charge me those fees, plus fees for using other ATMs. Theyre nickle & diming me to death, and Im seeking another bank to handle my account.
