Very poor customer service. I went to open up a new account starting with $500 for my savings. I didn't get acknowledged or waited on. I've never seen anything like this before in my life.
I'm weary of banks as it is, but I went in to cash a check that wasn't their branch or bank and I was asking about their fees and what could I expect if opening an account and not one person could tell me anything and refused to cash my check. Noone was in there. Didn't know a darn thing and all my stuff was legit. I said no to opening an account. 35 yrs with them n the app won't stay unlocked and no one can fix it!
