I stepped out of my comfort zone to call this banking center instead of my home banking center to reset my online banking password to handle my finances. I was told they were busy and would call me back to reset it. 2 days passed and I never received a call back.
Very poor customer service. I went to open up a new account starting with $500 for my savings. I didn't get acknowledged or waited on. I've never seen anything like this before in my life.
I'm weary of banks as it is, but I went in to cash a check that wasn't their branch or bank and I was asking about their fees and what could I expect if opening an account and not one person could tell me anything and refused to cash my check. Noone was in there. Didn't know a darn thing and all my stuff was legit. I said no to opening an account.
