Useless employees, told me I couldn’t get support on my account until their manager comes back in a week. If you can’t have employees support customers accounts while you’re on vacation that is a failing business.
Do not open an account at Prosperity if you expect to use their debit card for retail purchases. Their fraud department is completely out of control. They routinely block even the smallest purchases. I got stuck in line at an automated car wash because of these overzealous people. Also just rejected a $100 leather strap I was buying for my wristwatch. For my protection??? BS!!! Ridiculous!!!
AVOID a bank account relationship with them at ALL COSTS. My banking experience with Prosperity has been the worst banking experience of my 40 years of life. I understand local banking is different than big box banks, but Prosperity has removed all the convenience of big box banks while providing no local bank advantages.
