Not very happy with this bank right now. My husband and I have used them for the last 4 years since they are our mortgage lender. I recently had surgery for breast cancer. A cancer foundation gifted us with a check. I used mobile deposit at home since it was the easiest route at the time. It showed accepted, so I wrote void on the check. Well it flipped over to rejected somehow and now I can’t use the check at all.
