Not very happy with this bank right now. My husband and I have used them for the last 4 years since they are our mortgage lender. I recently had surgery for breast cancer. A cancer foundation gifted us with a check. I used mobile deposit at home since it was the easiest route at the time. It showed accepted, so I wrote void on the check. Tellers need customer service training and the bank has to many fees.
ATM is constantly broken. I don’t want to have to use the tellers especially after I had created an account there, a guy behind the counter made me feel extremely uncomfortable. A woman was helping me and needed a second form of ID. She said a credit card would work. I handed it to her and he walks over and grabs my card from her. He tells her that they need to write down the numbers. The young lady helping me was visibly annoyed with the guy.
