Tellers need customer service training and the bank has to many fees.
ATM is constantly broken. I don’t want to have to use the tellers especially after I had created an account there, a guy behind the counter made me feel extremely uncomfortable. A woman was helping me and needed a second form of ID. She said a credit card would work. I handed it to her and he walks over and grabs my card from her.
