Don’t expect any customer service.
We are very disappointed in this bank. We have a rather difficult mortgage construction loan, things have happened beyond our control and just when we are ready to tie up loose end this bank has been dragging their feet without explanation or even providing a time line by which they will have answers. Very frustrating and very put off. Never again will we do business with Prosperity bank. Follow up: Our builder defaulted and so in order to close with this bank we were told that we had to get a new GC to sign the All Bills Pa... read more
