I had a scam issue with Innovative Insurance pretending to be BCBS. Needless to say I never expected it. . . I was scammed. I quickly and frantically reached out to Prosperity Bank on Grandview Ave. I spoke with two ladies, the personal banker and manager. They explained the dispute process. However, it was closing time and the following day was 4th of July, they asked me to reach back out to them on Monday. So I did call that Monday. On several occasions I have gone to this location & used the commercial to be told the manager with certain keys wouldn't be there they are running late or whatever reason. And today I go in at 7:43am to use the commercial lane again & what a surprise they aren't open yet. They open at 7:30am.
