I am writing this review on behalf of my mom, who does not speak English. She does not usually come to this location, but it was the closest Prosperity Bank nearby. We have normally had good experiences with Prosperity Bank staff, but unfortunately that was not the case today. My mom went through the drive-thru to deposit a check and had trouble understanding what the employee was asking her. At approximately 11:30 a.m., Friday March 13, 2026 I entered the 12300 Bellaire Blvd. branch during my lunch period to cash a paycheck issued by my employer, . Upon approaching the counter, I was assisted by a teller named Catherine. I presented both my paycheck and my identification as requested.
