At approximately 11:30 a.m., Friday March 13, 2026 I entered the 12300 Bellaire Blvd. branch during my lunch period to cash a paycheck issued by my employer, . Upon approaching the counter, I was assisted by a teller named Catherine. I presented both my paycheck and my identification as requested.
