I love this Bank on highway 3. Amanda today was great looked into my situation. Called me back promptly and got it addressed. Even when they're short of staff they take care of their customers.

Every time I have an issue. They go out of their way for me at this Bank I've been to other prosperity Banks. But they don't treat me as good as this location
I sold a car at a local auto place who banks with this bank. I went into this bank to cash the check from selling my car. Waited at the counter with the teller on the phone getting help for 15 minutes for her to hang up and with no cares in the world tell me that they cannot verify the funds of the check. And that the ONE PERSON who can is on “her lunch break” and that I have to wait until said person comes back, calls her back and then they can cash my check. This was at 1:34 on a Thursday.
