Like all there locations never have a problem. This location just happens to be bigger. Wider drive thru i dont feel like im just squeezing by.
If you want a bank that randomly puts money into another account even when you bring your ID and check card, then this is the bank for you. Corporate phone lines just loop in circles and won't get you access to a person, people at the banks are so incompetent its baffling. Some random company wants to pull 10k out of your checking account, no problem! You initiate a $10 zelle transfer through your online account, "HOLD UP!" Government needs to investigate these clowns.
I went for a wire transfer and they don’t have anyone to help me. I’m a physician and had to transfer funds immediately . This is extremely poor service !!
This bank is not business friendly. Their fraud prevention makes no sense. I can spend $15,000 on Amazon but how dare I charge a hotel deposit of $100. Too many times this bank cut my card off while out of town, after hours with no one to call, other than to report my card lost or stolen. As a business man who travels Texas for a living, I cannot rely on them to allow me access to my own company's money. Bad service and nothing works. Can’t use the phone app because it doesn’t work. Their only atm is down. You can’t get your balance etc.. over the phone either. Nothing works. You just have to withdraw from another atm or go inside. They gave us the sign in info for the app but it doesn’t work. They also pay a day late.
